- Can I try HoshinPlan for free?
- Yes, you can try HoshinPlan for 30 days. You can buy, upgrade, or cancel at any time. No fees, no contracts to lock you in.
- You charge for users. What is a user?
- Everyone with a unique ID in your HoshinPlan account counts towards the total number of users in your account at any one time.
- How is pricing calculated when my users count changes?
- Your price can increase or decrease based on the total number of “Users” in your HoshinPlan account increasing or decreasing.
- What if I pay for a year up front?
- Awesome. We'll invest that money today to make the service better. As our thanks, we'll give you 12 months of service for the price of 10 months if you pre-pay for a year
- Do you offer discounts?
- No. We want to charge our customers fairly and consistently. Everyone will get the same fair deal.
- Can I use HoshinPlan with more than 200 users?
- Yes, the service will currently scale in to thousands. If you have more than 200 users, your user cost will get lower and lower as you get more users in HoshinPlan. Contact us to discuss pricing. We’d love to learn about your needs and what you’re interested in using HoshinPlan for. Let us know and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
- What support does HoshinPlan provide?
- We want your experience with our support to be the best experience you’ve ever had and our internal SLA is to provide a response to every ticket within 24 hours (work days). Our aim is to understand and work with you closely on any specific questions or issues and ensure your problems are solved to the best of our abilities.
